Building Sustainability Through Employee Development: Design Thinking Training at İFYIL

At İFYIL, we firmly believe that sustainability goes beyond environmentally responsible production processes. True sustainability also involves long-term investment in human capital and empowering employees to grow with the company.
With this mindset, we took another strong step on our development journey with the “Design Thinking Training” in collaboration with the TTO Research and Application Center.

A Culture Empowered by Creative Thinking

The training was moderated by Lecturer Dr. Sevcan Ekmekçioğlu, where participants explored innovative ways to solve complex problems through a human-centered approach. The training not only encouraged out-of-the-box thinking but also offered practical tools for integrating creative solutions into our daily business processes.
Through this session, our teams:
Gained insights into the fundamentals of user-centered design,
Generated fresh ideas for sustainable product development,
Acquired new capabilities to bring innovative improvements into their workflows.

Why Design Thinking?

Because sustainability today is no longer just about being eco-friendly; it’s about building flexible, creative, and human-oriented organizations. Design thinking plays a pivotal role in this transformation.
This approach helps organizations become more agile in:
✅ Product development,
✅ Customer experience management,
✅ Process optimization.
People-Powered Sustainability
At İFYIL, we believe that true growth is not only driven by technology—but by people. Our ongoing investment in employee training enhances not only individual capabilities but also our collective organizational culture.

Looking Ahead…

Our development-focused initiatives will continue to grow in scope and depth. Every step that empowers our employees and adds value to the environment contributes to İFYIL’s long-term vision of sustainable impact.

🌱 While heating the future, we’re not consuming the planet—because we make growth sustainable.
