Our proposal has been selected for support under the 2025 Twin Transformation in Exports Technical Assistance Program coordinated by the Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA).
With this valuable support, as Ifyıl Termo İklimlendirme, we aim to enhance our operational efficiency, increase production capacity, strengthen our competitiveness, and ensure the sustainability of our export activities.
Through the “Lean Manufacturing Learn-Transform” program, we will carry out a series of trainings, analyses, implementations, and mentoring activities, aiming not only for short-term success but also for long-term impact and scalable outcomes that will continue beyond the project period.
